The Design Process:
We aim to provide clients with a robust framework which allows us to complete your project on time, on budget and in an efficient manner.
Dependant on the scale of your project and requirements as a client, our design team can handle the entire project lifecycle. As a consultant of design and planning and as a contractor for the physical works.
Taking the Brief:
Following an initial enquiry we organise a confidential meeting to discuss your individual requirements. This will outline what kind of service you require whilst considering budget and time frames.
This is a critical phase to ensure we create an efficient process and project proposal.
Design Concept:
Following the brief we can create sketches and mood boards with our design solutions for your project. This can include lighting arrangements, furniture layout and floor plans.
This stage will provide you with detailed selections of furniture, fixtures and fittings sourced for your project along with a range of materials finishes, allowing you to visualise your new space.
Design Development:
Upon approval of the design concept, refined detail is made. A project timetable will be outlined with proposed works schedules and budgetary estimations.
Design Production:
Project coordination and administration will form the basis for completion, working closely with craftsmen, suppliers and sub contractors. Ensuring each stage is carried out to the highest standard.
